Türkiye geneli gönderimlerde teslimat süresi ve ücreti sipariş detaylarına göre belirlenir.

Ürün tesliminden itibaren 14 gün içinde, yalnızca hasarlı veya kusurlu ürünler için iade talebi oluşturulabilir.
Kişiye özel veya proje bazlı üretilen ürünlerde iade kabul edilmemektedir.
