Delivery Policy

Below you can find information regarding order processing times, delivery methods, and estimated delivery times.

1. Order Processing Time
- In-stock products are shipped within 1–3 business days.
- For custom-made, project-based, and large-volume items, preparation time may vary between 3–10 business days.
- Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.
- During busy periods, production and shipping times may vary.

2. Delivery Methods and Costs
- Due to the large size and fragile nature of our products, standard courier services (such as Yurtiçi, MNG, etc.) are not used.
- Deliveries are carried out through experienced logistics partners.

- Standard delivery within Istanbul is free of charge.

- However, delivery costs are calculated separately in the following cases:
  • Large-volume orders  
  • Project-based installations  
  • Bulk purchases  
  • Items requiring special transportation or installation  

- For deliveries outside Istanbul, shipping costs are calculated based on order details.
- For international orders, shipping costs depend on product dimensions, weight, and destination.

- The final delivery cost will be confirmed during order approval.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Istanbul: 1–5 business days  
- Other cities: 3–7 business days  

(Delivery time may vary depending on product size, production process, and delivery location.)

4. Delays
- Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or logistics issues.
- Customers will be informed in case of significant delays.

5. Damaged or Missing Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
