At Bloomona, we value customer satisfaction. Most of our products are custom-made or produced upon order. Therefore, returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions below.

Return period: 14 days
The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.


1. Return Period

  • You may request a return within 14 days after receiving the product.

2. Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition.
  • Returns are accepted for standard (in-stock) products.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
  • Damaged or defective products are eligible for return or exchange.
  • If the product is damaged during delivery, a damage report must be created with the courier at the time of receipt.

3. Return Process

  • You must contact us through our communication channels to initiate a return request.
  • After review, we will provide instructions for the return process.
  • Approved returns must be sent to the specified address.

Note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or damaged items.


4. Refunds

  • Products are inspected within 3–7 business days after arrival.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are evaluated depending on the product condition.
  • Damaged or defective products are eligible for exchange.
