At Bloomona, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of artificial trees or flowers, you may return or exchange your item under the following conditions:
1. Return Period

For domestic orders: You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

For international orders: You may request a return within 21 days from the delivery date.
2. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

If the product is damaged during delivery, a damage report must be filled out with the courier at the time of delivery.
3. Return Process

Contact us via one of the methods listed below to initiate a return.

We will provide you with the return form and instructions.

Ship the item back to our address via your preferred courier.
Note:
For both domestic and international returns, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 3–7 business days.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.

The processing time may vary depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for another product under the same return conditions.

Shipping costs for exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer.
